Dell fights AIDS with art
Posted on Nov 11, 08 09:00 AM PDT

Dell is coming up with artsy versions of the Dell Studio 15 ($649) and Dell studio 17 ($799) that will not only make your laptop stand out at the local internet cafe, but it will also contribute $20 to the Global Fund that helps fighting AIDS in Africa. If you wonder, the design is not a simple "sticker" on the back of the screen. Dell says that it permanently infused into the material, which makes it extremely resistant. There are three designs: New world, Shine Within and Healing patterns from Joseph Amedokpo, Siobhan Gunning and Bruce Mau respectively.
