Glo Chess Lights Up The Competition
Posted on Nov 24, 08 09:01 AM PDT

Wish you could play chess in the dark? Well, that was possible with chess games on the computer, but what about a physical chessboard? With Glo Chess, that is now possible since this miniature chess board comes wtih Conductive V30 VELCRO which illuminates each piece upon contact. Under each segment of the board lies a storage compartment that holds all the 32 pieces, where players can then deposit them in a flexible catch located on each side of the board. You won't need to be tethered to a power supply since the VELCRO Glo Chess is battery-powered. Hopefully the batteries will be able to last the duration of a game between two grandmasters.
