GoWear Fit - A Pedometer On Steroids
Posted on Nov 24, 08 06:25 PM PDT

Fitness freaks, here's a new gizmo to help make your exercise session for focused - the GoWear Fit. This device is worn on the upper arm (thanks to an armband, of course, since your sweat isn't sticky enough to keep it there), monitoring a whole host of movement including the number of steps taken, calories burned, amount of physical activity and even the efficiency and duration of sleep! Guess this ought to be worn round-the-clock if you want to maximize its useful data-gathering capabilities. You can also opt to include a display that allows you to wear it like a watch, and works best when connected to the Online Activity Manager that keeps track of your goals and statistics. Too bad the device's entry price is pretty high at $199, while it costs a monthly fee of $6.95 to $12.95 as per agreement.
