Lutron, the company who rolled out the magical dimmer switch all the way back in the 1960s has proved that they are able to move on with the times, showing off a new lighting system that takes advantage of your iPhone or iPod touch, allowing you to take full control of lights in the home. The lamps will have to be fitted with Luton's wireless modules prior to that of course. You are required to fork out for the wireless modules but the application itself is free. You as a user, don't you wish it was the other way round instead?
