NDrive, the maker of several portable GPS navigation systems has come out with a Windows Mobile 6.1 based handset. The unit is powered by a Marvell Dual CPU PXA310 624 Mhz processor with 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM. It does not lack a decent screen, with a 640 x 480 high resolution display. Connectivity options include quad-band GSM and HSDPA support. Expectedly the device has GPS capability along with Bluetooth and WiFI 802.11b/g. A 3 megapixel camera is on the front for making video calls. Most of this is the usual, however it does include an accelerometer like some of the new high-end handsets.
