BlackBerry 8900 Curve for T-Mobile U.S Landing at on February 18th (Rumor)

The word on the street is that T-Mobile USA will finally have the BlackBerry 8900 Curve in store on February 18th, and that would not be one minute too early (actually, we would prefer tomorrow morning...). If you have missed it, the Blackberry 8900 packs a lot of the goodness from its sibling, the BlackBerry Bold, expect that it has a slower CPU and no 3G access. The good news is that it will be lighter.

We have confirmation from T-Mobile employees that the 8900 Curve (codenamed Javelin) will indeed arrive in the first quarter of 2009, so this date seems plausible, but not certain. It is already available in Germany, and one was even sold on eBay for $17100.
