Bopapoo Beta Service Lets You Sell Used DRM-free Music

Piracy comes in many forms and ways, but this model treads a thin line. The Bopapoo beta service allows you to put for sale your legally purchased DRM-free music files as used, which makes us wonder what is stopping one from keeping a copy of the MP3 file sold, and selling that same file many times over. There is no proof-of-purchase concept here, and according to Bopaboo's terms of use, "You further represent and warrant to the purchaser and to Bopaboo that, upon the completion of such sale, You will delete any remaining copies of the Used Published Item that may exist in your possession, custody or control". Sounds very altruistic, but how many people are that honest to never download that purchased MP3 file while deleting the original? This has fail written all over it.
