DS Gets Pedometer Game

Who says all gamers are fat slobs? With the release of the Wii, gamers have sweated in more places than just their palms, and Nintendo brings this active gaming lifestyle to a new level with Walk With Me! Do you know your walking routine? This gaming title will ship with a couple of plastic add-ons known as Activity Meters which are highly portable, keeping track of your walking activities throughout the day. When you plug them into the DS before you go to sleep, it will analyze the collected data and let you know just how well (or bad) you've done throughout the day. As for the cartridge itself, it will contain motivational games so that you remain active, where accumulated walking will result in the ability to unlock more mini games and rewards. This sounds like a novel idea, since the DS is highly portable. We wonder whether the PSP will receive such a title in the future?
