Posted on Dec 2, 08 06:35 PM PDT

Iomega has introduced a couple more hard drive models into its eGo portable line today in the form of the Encrypt and the BlackBelt. The latter won't karate chop anyone who attempts to mug you though, although it does feature Drop Guard Xtreme data protection which helps keep your data secure even after experiencing an accidental drop. As for the Encrypt, you get 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard for added security, offering a password-protected drive with pre-installed encryption software. The Encrypt will retail for $150 while the BlackBelt is going for $120 with 250GB of storage space available.
