Logitech has rolled out yet another gaming keyboard - this time round it comes in a hybrid format that will complement your Logitech keyboard and mouse (duh, what did you expect, Microsoft?) to offer "game-changing comfort and control on a Mac computer or a PC" with its Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard. This gameboard will feature principles of their award-winning Comfort Wave designm offering you a powerful advantage over the other plebians who have to settle for less, regardless of whether you're raiding in World of Warcraft or having a blast at a LAN party. The sculpted, ergonomically inspired shape will definitely be a welcome companion to stand alongside the Logitech G15 keyboard and Logitech G9 Laser Mouse (read our review). The Logitech G13 Advanced Keyboard will come with smooth, concave home-row keys that make it a snap to locate by touch, featuring three game modes, 25 programmable keys and a programmable analog stick to provide up to 87 different ways to control your game. You will need to install some software beforehand though, so make sure there's sufficient space on your rig. Macros can be concocted on the fly without having to pause the game in a demonstration of its flexibility. In addition, the G13 comes with a 160 x 43-pixel GamePanel LCD that displays live game stats, system info and even messages from other players. All keys are backlit for you to continue gaming without missing a beat in low light conditions, and you can choose from hundreds of colors to suit your fancy. It comes with pre-configured settings for a bunch of popular titles including World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade, Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare among others. The Logitech G13 Advanced Gameboard will hit the U.S. and Europe sometime this month for $79.99. [Press Release]
