MSI To Parade Touchscreen-Enabled Notebooks At CES 2009

MSI will be parading its new bevy of beauties at CES next year which will feature touchscreen capability. Both the 10" Wind netbook and 16" model will be available to visitors to see, touch and hold, although it remains to be seen whether they will finally result in a commercial product. After all, 10" of viewing real estate might actually be too small for tablet functionality, although there are confirmed reports that the touch-based Wind desktops will arrive in the US in 17", 19" and 22" sizes. Another interesting MSI product to look out for at CES in January would be the 13.3" U300 which is constructed from aluminum, taking a cue out of Apple's books. This means you can toss the notebook into the tin can section of the local recycling center once you're done with it - I jest. Using aluminum, this means the U300 will be thin and lightweight, and won't break the $2,000 price point barrier.
