NightWave Helps You Enter Dreamland
Posted on Dec 3, 08 07:30 PM PDT

NightWave is a device that touts itself to help you drift off to sleep if you're having trouble snoozing at night. It doesn't rely on the old sound trick or use flu medication, but instead features a soft blue light that is barely visible, rising and falling to create a soothing environment where you're supposed to synchronize your breathing with the light. Over time, the light's movement will end up slower and slower as you relax to the point of sleeping. What happens if you don't knock off then, and the light turns off? Do you stop breathing altogether? $69.95 is worth spending if you've tried everything else in the market to no avail.
