Panasonic To Demo Powerline Network Concept At CES 2009
Posted on Dec 31, 08 12:58 AM PDT

Panasonic will be demonstrating a new Powerline Network concept at CES 2009 next month, and we look forward to it. After all, this new Powerline Network concept will enable owners of electric vehicles to check on the charge status through a home device utilizing existing electrical wiring as a medium to send/receive signals. Well that's fine and dandy, only if many of us do drive such vehicles in the first place. On the other hand, Powerline Network will prove invaluable when everyone else moves on to electric powered vehicles. Other applications that will be paraded include a security camera and an electrical monitoring system, so we'll make sure we catch a glimpse of that and bring the news over to you.
