Phenom SpecialOPS Watch Phone, Are Touch U.I Useful With a 1.3-inch Display?

It's pretty clear that computers can be made to be small enough to fit in a watch, and although this one looks kind of cool, it also comes with touch-interface that can be used with a micro-stylus (included, see the second photo in the full post). We're a little skeptical of using a touch user interface (UI) on a 1.3" display, but hey, if someone tries, please post a comment. $400
