Phone That Aims To Build Up Muscles
Posted on Dec 12, 08 07:57 AM PDT

What you see on the right might or might not be a real product, after all it was featured in the December 12, 2008 issue of Financial Times under James Ferguson's "Pat Pending" feature, but it is certainly interesting and might be worth exploring. After all, you would want your pimply teenager to grow up into a real man when he enters college so that he won't be pushed around as a wimp, right? Apparently, the whole idea behind this handset is to squeeze it as hard as you can - doing so for forty seconds will be enough to power the phone, with the manufacturer recommending 20 seconds per hand. You can't beat a trip to the gym though, and with huge biceps being developed after using this phone for some time, you won't have anyone calling you names whenever you hold a conversation with this garish yellow handset.
