WaterMill Converts Air Into Water
Posted on Dec 9, 08 03:45 AM PDT

Fancy getting around 13 quarts of fresh water every single day without fail? That's what the WaterMill hopes to achieve, as it goes about converting outdoor air into drinkable water. Originally designed to combat the shortage of clean drinking water, the WaterMill is able to condense, filter and sterilize water for approximately $0.03 per quart. Imagine installing such a machine in a humid city - you'd not only get clean drinking water every day, but it could potentially alter the local climate across a long span of time. You would have to pay through your nose for the WaterMill though as it retails for $1,299 a pop.
