White Fruit Radio Concept
Posted on Dec 9, 08 06:01 PM PDT

The White Fruit Radio concept received its inspiration from biological organisms that organize their internal and external components in an intimate manner. Hence, the designer has decided to choose sycamore as the material of choice for its casing and to enhance the acoustic properties of this radio. In addition, an LED substrate is located right underneath the thin surface, and you will notice that the White Fruit Radio does not come with any knobs or dials simply because the ridges located on top are touch sensitive. All you need to do to change the volume or tune into your favorite station would be to rub your finger across and see the LED substrate display the corresponding result. Funky? Yes. Will it enter production? Maybe, in many more years' time.
