Aqua Underwater Craft

It is said much of the ocean's depths have yet to be explored around the world, and submersible vehicles like the Aqua concept will definitely help us map out a larger portion of undiscovered territory. After all, there are only so many skyscrapers one can build, so who knows - we might end up living underwater in the future instead of the moon. This single occupancy craft is able to sail on and under water using existing standard submersible technology like air to control buoyancy. Aqua also takes a page out of dolphins' books, featuring a similar aerodynamic form factor that lets you get around without all the drag. Enforcing traffic rules when underwater (and in space) would be pretty hard to do so though...
