Ataton Light Concept
Posted on Jan 13, 09 11:07 AM PDT

What you see here is an Ataton light, and don't be surprised by its rather weird shape. It remains to be seen whether this conceptual design will ever hit the market or not, but check out how it works. Tip it one way and it will turn on, and tipping the other way will turn it off. Sounds pretty simple to use, but we guess this is only meant for homes that don't have pets or kids around since they might treat this as a toy instead. Hopefully the bulb used won't be too bright, otherwise the angle at which the Ataton is pointing at might actually be more of a distraction instead of a help. Hopefully it will feature a built-in timer that turns it off automatically within minutes, assuming somebody tips it over accidentally.
