EasyBloom Plant Sensor In Action

[CES 2009] We've covered the EasyBloom in the past, but here it is in the flesh. For the benefit of those who have no idea what the EasyBloom Plant Sensor is all about, it is a device that you stick into the soil of a plant, where it will proceed to run diagnostics on the soil condition and type to let you know just what kind of plants are suitable for that soil. This helps save time and frustration as you won't think that you've been cursed to live a life without a green thumb for the rest of your days, giving you the opportunity to keep a plant alive for more than a couple of weeks, breaking your old record. The EasyBloom will take 24 hours to run diagnostics on the soil condition, and plugging it to your computer (Mac or PC), it will use the website to analyze your conditions while offering a recommended plant. The EasyBloom Plant Sensor retails for $59.95 and will recommend plants suitable for North American and Canadian weather only, so everyone else around the world will have to wait.
