GigaPan Epic Now Available

Wish you could capture some really stunning photos on a large scale but lack the wide lens to do so, coupled with the fact that you can't afford a fancy pants camera? Well, fret not - there is the GigaPan Epic which allows just about any vanilla point-and-shoot digital camera to capture even detailed panoramas. The Epic's robotic mount will automate the image snapping process thanks to fully loaded software that works in conjunction with GigaPan.org. This allows just about anyone to capture highly detailed images right out of the box. You can choose to pick up the GigaPan Epic for $379, but where's the fun in learning all the techniques and methods to compose and shoot the image you like? Technology seems to have made skills less relevant in selected cases.
