LG AMOLED Display Is Super Thin

[CES 2009] Just in case you were wondering how thin TVs can get in the future, we're probably looking at it being of film or paper thickness, but until that day arrives we will need to be content with advancements in display technology that currently stops at AMOLED where consumer electronics are concerned. LG also had its 15" AMOLED displays on the showfloor - check out our photo gallery to see just how slim it is. You can practically incorporate this into a wall at the office or home as the display measures a mere 0.85mm thin. It definitely won't come cheap though, but we're willing to wager this would make for a fantastic marketing tool.
