The bottom-line: Palm has taken a big risk and it paid off. The time of re-hashing the Treo 7xx is over. The UI is awesome, the Pre has a REAL keyboard and it seems very smart at grouping people's information.
Sprint is the exclusive provider of the Palm Pre. Sprint has always been the most dependable partner for Palm
There's no info about a GSM version, but we guess that Sprint's exclusive will last for 6-months, so assuming that the device comes out in June or so, we're looking at a early 2010 GSM roll out. If you are REALLY lucky, something might happen for Christmas 09...
