Toshiba Releases Latest Vardia DVRs

Toshiba has a couple more DVRs (digital video recorders) for the masses from its Vardia line - this time round we have the Vardia RD-G503 which can hold 500GB worth of recorded shows, while the RD-E303 has a smaller capacity at 300GB. Both models also come with a DVD burner - perfect in case you have started to run out of space on the hard drive within and need to transfer those recorded shows from three months' back onto other medium. Features include the ability to record video in both MPEG-2 TS and in H.264/MPEG-4 AVC formats, Toshiba's latest DVD upscaling technology and a couple of remotes - where one has enough buttons to confuse a rocket scientist, while the other is supposed to be dummy-proof.
