Colorful Umbrellas Changes Color When Wet
Posted on Feb 11, 09 12:57 AM PDT

Picture an umbrella in your mind, and chances are you will think about a black colored one, right? Not so with UK-based Squid London who recently sold out of a limited edition collection of umbrellas that uses hydrochromatic inks. These inks are able to change their color when wet, looking rather bland and desaturated otherwise. Talk about cheering up the depressed whenever the weather bogs them down! We're interested to see these umbrellas being mass manufactured and released all over the world, especially in tropical countries that experience a wet climate all year round.
