Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In San Francisco
Posted on Feb 19, 09 08:58 PM PDT
One of the reasons I've fallen in love with the city of San Francisco is the city's vibrant population and their unwavering support to keep the environment as green as possible. The latest effort by this dynamic city is the testing of three electric vehicle charging stations courtesy of Coulomb Technologies. These charging stations will include charging points for City CarShare and Zipcar plug-in hybrid vehicles, and will be made available for a two-year demonstration which will be followed up (if successful) with a limited-time "Basic Access" subscription offer. Time to consider getting an electric vehicle, eh, regardless of oil prices dipping below $40 per barrel for quite some time already.
