Epson Infineon XPOSYS Chip Is Super Small

We guess you can kiss goodbye to your privacy in the near future when Epson's Infineon XPOSYS chip proliferates among many other devices once mass production begins later this year. Measuring a mere 2.8mm x 2.9mm, it is roughly 25% smaller compared to other A-GPS chips in the market, and it is more power efficient by sipping just half the power of what today's chips require. In addition, Epson has further improved the sensitivity of the chip for a more accurate location fix even when indoors. No more running away from the boss now with this tiny device - heck, the pen you received from your colleagues as your farewell present? It could be used to track down whether you're going to work at a competitor's office or not. Be afraid, be very afraid.
