Philips GoGear Opus

Philips has yet another portable media player (PMP) in the form of the GoGear Opus that features a 2.8" QVGA display. Despite being the largest PMP from its GoGear range, it is still thin and lightweight in nature thanks to the wonders of modern miniaturization. Hopefully the Opus will live up to its name in terms of specifications, although one would probably sully it with Britney Spears playing in the background. Jibes aside, the Opus will feature FullSound technology, high definition and sound isolation headphones for alleged superior clarity whenever you tune in. With Bluetooth stereo audio output, you'll be able to enjoy your music wirelessly. An integrated FM radio, a built-in microphone for recording as well as BBC iPlayer support rounds off the list of features. You will be able to pick up the Philips GoGear Opus in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities for 99 Euros, 147 Euros and 179 Euros, respectively this April.
