AR TUI Project For Kids

Augmented Reality Tangible User Interface (AR TUI) is one toy that all parents might want to consider getting for their kids if it ever comes out. Don't be put off by the potentially prohibitive price point as this could be the only toy worth getting as designer Frantz Lasorne's AR TUI project brings together virtual reality, imagination and tangible toys in a single device. Wearing the head-mounted glasses, the AR TUI will take the kid's imagination and fuse it with real world objects as your child engages in his environment. It is as though you are able to breathe new life into previously discarded toys, but do you think we could be ushering in violence at a too young an age when our kid thinks he's in the army, shooting down the baddies? What kind of graphics will be displayed then?
