Google Chrome Survives Onslaught

So which browser is the most secure at this point in time? It is apparently Google Chrome, having outlasted the rest of the competition (Firefox, IE8 and Safari) after the first day of the Pwn2Own hacking competition. Just for bragging rights where Google fans are concerned, Safari went down in flames in just 10 seconds, while both Firefox and IE 8 were shot down shortly thereafter by this genius hacker who goes by the handle "Nils." Guess that's a foretaste of the number of points all three compromised browsers picked up during the competition. Chrome managed to hold its own due to the innovative sandbox feature, but chances are it will also get compromised long before the hacking competition is over.
