Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Fixed
Posted on Mar 5, 09 02:30 PM PDT

Nokia has announced that it has identified (and fixed) the problem that was introduced in the configuration of the 5800 touch phone for U.S wireless networks.
"We have concluded this was an isolated situation related to a configuration change in the North American variant,"... "We have now adjusted the configuration and will resume sales shortly." (Nokia)
The first customers started to report issues last week after having difficulties connecting to AT&T's 3G network. Nokia considers the 5800 XpressMusic as its first "mass market" touch screen phone. (Photo by Jonathan Sin)
