Tanita Teams Up With Garmin
Posted on Mar 18, 09 08:45 AM PDT

Who would've thought that Tanita and Garmin would strike up an alliance, where the former's BC-1000 Body Composition Monitor is used to measure various physical aspects of yours, including muscle mass, overall physique rating, daily caloric intake, metabolic age rating, bone mass and visceral fat levels. All these health information is then transmitted wirelessly via Bluetooth to your Garmin FR60 Fitness Watch, where it will then take on the tracking chores from there. Perfect for those who want to see instant results after each tough and tiring workout, although the $300 to $400 price point might be a wee bit too much for some in a bid to lose those love handles.
