U2 Shares Vision With Research In Motion

Guess world famous rock band U2 will be leaving Apple for Research in Motion, the fruity company's rival when it comes to smartphones. This was made known as U2 revealed that their new Live Nation-presented U2 360 tour will be have Research In Motion as the tour's major sponsor. Manager Paul McGuinness says, "This tour announcement marks the first stage of a relationship and shared vision between RIM and U2 that we expect will lead to new and innovative ways to enhance the mobile music experience on the BlackBerry platform for U2 fans. We look forward to sharing more details as the relationship unfolds." Would this piece of news cause you to stop purchasing U2 tracks for your iPod?
