Just how powerful are cell phones these days? Well, you'd be surprised to know that the handset you carry in your pocket has more than enough power to run something deemed as state-of-the-art nearly two decades ago - Windows 3.1. This time round we have a Nokia 6220 Classic running the Windows 98 operating system. That's some serious computing power and programming work put in, and we're interested to see the day where cell phones will run Windows XP (please skip Windows ME as we're trying to forget our sour and bitter moments with it).
