Yashica FS-500 Film Scanner
Posted on Mar 5, 09 08:22 AM PDT

Yashica has just rolled out its new FS-500 digital film scanner that uses a 500 pixel CMOS image sensor to get things done. Capable of scanning up to 1,800dpi resolution (and 3,600dpi image completion), you will be able to transfer all your old films to the digital format in no time. The FS-500 is completely USB bus-powered, so there is no need to search for a nearby power outlet when you've got a few decades' worth of back catalogue to scan. Once done, you can always transfer them over to a DVD for burning and printing later on. [Translated Page]
