The Acrylic Cowboy is not exactly a PC case per se, but is a minimal board for your computer which is able to keep an ATX or microATX motherboard, the power supply as well as peripherals together. The minimalist approach will definitely appeal to those with a DIY streak in them, since it is a snap to add or remove accessories from the entire setup without having to deal with too many screws at once.
