Apple Orders 100 Million 8Gb NAND Flash Memory

Apple has purportedly placed orders of up to 100 million 8Gb NAND flash chips, with the bulk of them coming from Samsung Electronics, inadvertently causing a supply shortage for the rest of the world in a process. In addition, both Nokia and Sony are also building up their NAND flash inventories, further reducing supply to the masses. Where do you think all these NAND flash memory are going - a brand new iPhone? We can only sit down and wait for Apple to amaze us with their next release.
