Dell Introduces Liquid Cooling Systems With XPS 625 And XPS 630
Posted on Apr 9, 09 09:21 PM PDT

To those who are thinking of picking up Dell's XPS 625 and XPS 630 systems, you now have the option of replacing the standard fan-based cooling with an Asetek liquid cooling system which will significantly reduce the noise coming from the system while giving you more allowance when it comes to overclocking the processor. This option would go down well regardless of which line you bring home, since both the AMD Black Edition and Intel Core 2 Extreme processors come unlocked and are a snap to configure for faster speed boosts right out of the box. Of course, this liquid cooling option will require you to pony up another $120 to the base cost, but the benefits will definitely make the upgrade worth the effort.
