Eee PC Turned Into Picture Frame

We all know that netbooks are pretty much part and parcel of our everyday lives now, and if you've got a penchant for DIY projects with an Eee PC 701 lying around gathering dust, how about turning it into a digital photo frame? There are instructions on letting this netbook launch Ubuntu upon booting up, where it will automatically start a web browser that is pointed at a web page which displays a photo slideshow. Folks who want to go the extra mile can always install a touchscreen later on for an added dash of user-friendliness.
