Elan Microelectronics Files Injunction Against Apple

With different companies in the past going after Apple using the law, do you think the fruity company is so innocent in its dealings that it is squeaky clean while the "aggrieved" parties are in the wrong? Well, it all depends on which side of the camp you're on. Elan Microelectronics have just filed an injunction against various devices from Apple including the iPhone, iPod touch and MacBook. For example, taking a look at their eFinger Transparent Touchpad's functionality on an Android-powered device in the video above might change your mind with regards to the current multitouch king.
