Fujitsu Offers 1394 Automotive Controller

It looks as though we seem to have the innate need to be entertained no matter where we are - how else do you explain the iPod's phenomenal success as well as the recently announced Panasonic Strada system? Fujitsu Micro goes on the offensive by offering the first 1394 Automotive controller system in the world that is capable of transmitting high definition video over the interface via its in-vehicle multimedia network. This means the Fujitsu MB88395 controller can transmit multiple streams to all passengers in the vehicle simultaneously, letting them enjoy high definition video without any slowdowns or hiccups. Hopefully the driver will be able to keep his/her eyes peeled on the road with entertainment blasting from all directions.
