Well, designer Helmet Schafferhofer thinks one can spend one's way out of a recession by coming up with the Heimweh Loge multimedia lounger that boasts a 22" LCD TV, a DVD and CD player placed within the roof of a wraparound base unit. You can expect to fork out a pretty penny for this, since it will feature exotic leather upholstery and high-end craftsmanship in addition to all the technology crammed in. We have no idea how much it costs, but the old adage applies here - if you have to ask, you can't afford it anyways.
