Sanyo has started to ship its dual camera Xacti line, with the FH1 and HD2000 models spearheading their effort. Both of them are able to handle 1080p video in H.264 format while snapping 8-megapixel stills, depending on the situation. Both devices can also capture slow motion video in addition to burst photo modes courtesy of its large memory buffers. As for the CA9 and WH1 (where the latter is seen on the right), they are waterproof devices that record movies in 720p resolution while snapping 9-megapixel photos. Last but not least would be the CG10 and TH1 that share a similar video resolution although their still shots are less detailed at 8-megapixels. All the mentioned devices support modern video editing tools, with prices starting from $200 upwards, hitting $600 for the HD2000.
