Sony Offers Full Length Movies On YouTube
Posted on Apr 9, 09 10:00 PM PDT

Sony and YouTube have joined forces to offer viewers a wide range of free, ad-supported movies on YouTube, making Sony the first studio to do so. This pioneering effort will see an initial amount of 60 movies being released on Crackle, with MGM offering a far smaller number on YouTube alongside Hulu's selection of ad-supported flicks. Needless to say, you shouldn't expect the latest blockbusters to be made available to the masses, so expect to check out reruns of classic films from Sony to hit the deck first.
