Toshiba Mini NB200 Netbook unveiled (With 9-Cell Battery)
Posted on Apr 22, 09 11:44 AM PDT

Battery life is the new battleground for netbook. It makes sense, people often use them as a "second laptop" and don't want to carry around a power "brick", which defies the whole purpose of having a small computer. Manufacturers are listening and the 9-Cell battery version of the NB200 is said to last for 9 hours, which sounds pretty good. While this is not as high as the 25hrs battery life on a hacked MSI Wind, the Toshiba NB200 has interesting features like its good looks, a 10.1" TruBrite display, a 3D accelerometer, one always-on USB port (for charging) and a large touch pad. Did we mention the 2.42 Lbs weight? available in brown, black, white and pink. $450 or so. [via T3]
