30M Xbox Shipped

Microsoft just announced that it has shipped 30M Xbox game consoles worldwide. So far, 2009 has been a great year with a 28% year-over-year growth. Xbox live is doing surprisingly well too, with 20M active users. Microsoft expects the growth to continue (what else?) and the company is preparing a busy week at E3, in Los Angeles where we will be blogging live.

Interesting stats: Microsoft says that Xbox 360 owners have an average of 8.3 titles.
