Posted on May 14, 09 10:30 AM PDT

No matter how much you love your iPhone, accidents do happen, and if you're unfortunate enough to suffer from a broken iPhone display, don't shed a tear just yet. iFixit has revealed a detailed explanation on removing and replacing the iPhone's front glass without all the extra fuss, with a suction cup and a tiny screwdriver being the only real tools required. The new glass screen will set you back by approximately $70, while the LCD itself costs $99. Intestinal fortitude and steady hands are not included though, so you'll need to obtain those yourself.
