Well, the MP3 Clock DX ought to prevent taht from happening again, as you can store your favorite MP3s or customized sound effects as your wake-up tune despite it looking like an old school alarm clock. We're not sure whether parting with $41 for this is smart, since most modern cellphones are able to play an MP3 or sound clip of your choice when it is time to wake up.
