Acer To Launch First Android Netbook

Acer has set its sights on being the first company to roll out Google Android-powered netbooks by this year, something which should worry Microsoft as their dominance in the netbook market could be threatened as high Android sales would eat into Windows XP-powered units. We're sure that Acer won't be the only manufacturer to release an Android-powered netbook, and look forward to announcements by other companies who will follow in the Taiwan-based organization's steps.
