ASRock Offers 12-inch Netbook

ASRock has plans to introduce their own 12" netbook that will be powered by the following rather heavy hitting specifications :-

Intel Dual Core Atom 330 processor
NVIDIA ION chipset
12.1" display at 1,366 x 768 resolution
2GB RAM
320GB hard drive
10-in-1 memory card reader
VGA port, three USB 2.0 ports, HDMI output, audio jacks and Ethernet connectivity
56k modem
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
DVD burner

Anyone else thinks that this closely resembles what DosPara offered yesterday? No idea on its availability or pricing though.
